Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. In a practice limited to the care of children, not all appointments can be made after school hours. Younger children are fresher and have the ability to cope better in the mornings. For the same reason, school age children with extensive work should be seen in the morning as well. We realize this may inconvenience some parents, however it is the child we must always consider.
We value education and missing school can be kept to a minimum when regular dental care is provided. Dental appointments, like medical appointments, are an excused absence with a note from our office.
In the event that you need to reschedule, we ask that you please notify our office 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee for broken/missed appointments. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance in this regard.
